How We Research & Verify Our Content
Ottozo Editorial publishes under the Ottozo brand, not individual bylines — here's exactly how each article and listing is sourced, checked and kept up to date.
1. Where the facts come from
Every price, spec and feature mentioned in our guides is pulled from Ottozo's own car catalog — the same data shown on our model pages — which our team cross-checks against official brand price lists and spec sheets when each model is added or updated. We don't let an article state a number that isn't already verified and live in our catalog.
2. AI-assisted, always human-reviewed
Some articles are drafted with AI assistance, grounded only in the verified catalog data above — never invented figures. Every AI-assisted draft carries a visible "AI-assisted, editor-reviewed" badge and is checked by our editorial team before publishing. We'd rather disclose this plainly than pretend otherwise.
3. Why we publish as "Ottozo Editorial"
Articles are attributed to the Ottozo Editorial Team rather than an individual writer, because the underlying facts come from our shared, continuously-updated catalog and review process, not one person's notes. We'd rather attribute accurately to the real source of the information than invent an individual byline.
4. Updates & corrections
Prices and specs change. Every article shows its original publish date and, if revised, an updated date. Spotted something outdated or wrong? Email hello@ottozo.my and we'll review and correct it.
